Описание к видео How to Tell Your Infertile Friend You’re Pregnant (Without Hurting Them)

Excited to be pregnant but anxious about telling your friend who’s been struggling with infertility? You’re not alone, and how you share this news really matters. In this video, I’ll guide you through the most compassionate and emotionally sensitive ways to tell an infertile friend that you’re expecting, without hurting your relationship or minimizing your joy.

As a double-board-certified OBGYN and reproductive endocrinologist with over 20 years of experience and someone who’s been through infertility myself, I understand how complex these situations can be. I’ll walk you through five common mistakes to avoid, how to show empathy without toxic positivity, and the exact script I recommend for breaking the news gently.

In this video, you’ll learn:
• The 5 worst ways to tell a friend you're pregnant (and why they hurt)
• What to say instead to protect your friendship and honor their feelings
• Why a private message, NOT a public surprise, is the kindest option
• A sample script you can use word-for-word

Whether you're pregnant now or hoping to be soon, this is essential advice for anyone with loved ones facing infertility. Share this video—it could help someone navigate one of the most emotionally delicate moments in life with grace and compassion.
