Pretty much an off week for me this week. I took a vacation from work and decided to take a break from working out to give my body a rest. Turns out my hike kicked my ass more than I was expecting and my calves were sore for 4 days! I loved getting out and hiking in Yosemite and will definitely do this hike again when the falls are flowing.
