In this video I explain how I got an E1 error code on my mini split, how I diagnosed that the issue was the outdoor control board, and how I fixed it. I also explain how I thought Senville did a great job with customer service and handling the problem the best way possible. I do think what happened to me was unusual and do still recommend the Senville mini splits.
