Web Desk: The UK has decided to remove 12 countries, including Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Indonesia and Sri Lanka, from the red list, but passengers will have to be quarantined in a hotel for ten days.

According to the report, the UK has decided to remove Pakistan, Turkey, Argentina, Bangladesh, Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Kenya, Maldives, Mexico, Peru, South Africa and Sri Lanka from the red list. According to The Times, it has also been decided to amend the Corona's risk list, which measures the level of risk, and will now combine the Green and Amber lists to issue a corona's low-risk list.

However, travelers from these countries will have to quarantine the hotel for 11 nights at a cost of 8 2,285. Similarly, passengers on the green list will be allowed quarantine at home and will have to undergo two tests on arrival in the country.

The United Kingdom has placed 62 countries on the red list. Environment Minister George Eustace said a decision on lifting the ban would be taken at a key meeting today, adding that passengers who had been fully vaccinated would not have to undergo a PCR test on arrival. He said the UK did not want to go for another lockdown so precautionary measures were being taken.
