The great thing about being a fashion designer, is having friends with really awesome careers. Recently, I had the great opportunity to interview my friend and professional NYC fashion stylist Naana Badu. Naana is renowned for her work with women to help them not only craft, but also curate their personal look in an effort to help them achieve their personal goals. 

In our chat, we discuss everything from what style will look like after Covid-19, how to know if you need a stylist, what one thing do we all need in our closets and more! We had so much fun putting this interview together for you!

Here are my best 8 tips for living beautifully everyday, that I also try to follow:

1. Set aside time to be grateful (just 5-10 mins per day helps!)
2. Give people the same energy, you'd like them to give to you.
3. Get active! It helps motivate you to do other things and endorphins make us happy :-)
4. Fuel your body with food, sleep, and hydration to allow it to perform at its optimal level.
5. Be kind to yourself-this includes your "self talk".
6. Prepare for what you desire. Regularly.
7. Create and maintain balance in your life.
8. Be mindful of the energy you allow around you, and the energy you release to others.
