This is Sigismond Thalberg's (1812-1871) Op. 42 on themes by Mozart. It was composed in 1841. The album this is from separates this piece into two tracks, which I combined for this video. At 6:47 in the video is where the second track begins.

NOTE: From 10:27-13:51 in the video different sheet music had to be used. The better looking sheet music before and after that was missing several pages.

Update (May 21, 2020): When this was first posted it was blocked in 244 countries. That restriction appears to have been lifted.
