Instagram has rolled out a new feature called "Sensitive Content Control" that allows users to reduce sensitive content in the Explore feed. Basically, this setting now has three options - Allow, Limit, and Limit Even More. You can choose 'Limit' — which is also the default setting or you can go with 'Allow' if you're welcoming of the posts that tease Instagram's content moderation policy. Moreover, you can also set the new option 'Limit Even More' to reduce the chances of coming across any "sensitive" picture or video.
