Be careful when you enter into Big Sky Country, you might just encounter some Big Mysteries.

Even though there are over seven billion humans on this planet, there is only around 57 million square miles of land and of that 57 million, about 15 million square miles, at least a few years ago, are just forests. That is a lot of territory hidden beneath a canopy of trees and bushes and it is conceivable there are still many creatures, some of them quite possibly large, that roam these forests, that science has yet to classify and study. Here are seven stories of possible cryptids that people may have encountered. These particular stories didn't happen in Montana, but definitely could have.
