A compilation of the ways you can die for Anglerfish in the 1st playthrough (at least until additional playthrough updates are releases), a horror-ish indie game where things change and the game saves when you die. This may not be every way you can die but should be most. You're at a friend's bachelor party at a bar with a look-a-like theme of Japanese school girls and then things get weird. But at least you have a shotgun.

All of the deaths in the ER section are the same (no animation, just an attack sound and cut to black, then start over). The projectiles during the boss fight with the Lady in Red only push you off the platform. There may be other interesting events that occur similar to the marriage proposal.

However, you cannot reset your run after finishing the game (technically since it has no cloud saves you can replay on a different PC) and further updates will have a 2nd and 3rd playthrough using your 1st playthrough occurrences. Whether that means more deaths to compile, I'm not sure but I'll be trying it out when it does update.
