Cooking Korean Braised Short Ribs in Philippine Countryside | Galbi Jjim Recipe for Chuseok

Finally, it's Chuseok, one of the biggest holidays and as well, the annual Thanksgiving holiday in Korea. During this festival, families gather together to celebrate and have a good meal. We most common dish we have for this time is the Korean Braised Short Ribs or Galbi Jjim.

We invited our friends living in this foreign country to celebrate together. It was exciting to cook Korean food in the Philippines to celebrate our country's festival.
