When we look back on the year in business in 2021, one of the most impactful stories has been "The Great Resignation," when workers gained leverage and left their jobs to either find better pay and conditions or leave the workforce entirely. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, about 4.2 million people left their jobs in October. Rhonda Schaffler sits down with Jane Oates of WorkingNation to discuss the factors that led to the labor market imbalance and why she believes the impact of "The Great Resignation" will linger into 2022.
