1. Aim to serve. Shift your focus from yourself onto other people. Your main objective is to make others around you feel good! One of the easiest ways to do this is to give compliments and greet others in a more friendly and excited manner.

2. Be genuine! It's not enough to just give compliments to people. You need to make sure they come from an honest place. If it's not authentic people feel that immediately and your compliment won't resonate with them.

3. Remember that being charismatic does NOT mean being the loudest person in the room or always being the center of attention.

4. Focus on listening. People love to feel heard and appreciate those who give them their undivided attention.

5. Be relatable. If possible, try to relate elements of a conversation to the person you're speaking to. It doesn't need to be forced, but when a point is more relatable to someone they feel more connected to what you're saying.
