Detroit For Rent 19565 Barlow 4 Bedrooms East Side Section 8 Only

Looking for a Section 8 renter with good rental history and able to pay a security deposit. Rental price is dependent on voucher. Must have a 4 or more bedroom voucher.

Application fee is $25. I start with a free soft check to see if we look to be a good match. THEN I charge an application fee via CashApp.

If you are qualified, I'm asking for $500 as a holding fee. This lets you know I've taken it off the market while we do the paperwork and inspection process. Our contract about the $500 protects you if for some reason we cannot let you move in. It's what you can show a judge. But we always have passed an inspection. I would give it back easily if something happened. It also is money to cover any gap time between passing the inspection and when Section 8 is willing to pay rent. It becomes prorated rent. It protects me as well that you will indeed move in on move-in day or I'll keep the money. Once you are in the house, we can apply that $500 to your rental portion due.
