The demo in the video consists of a 2-step process where Account 3 on Metamask wishes to send funds to Account 1.
1. Account 3 creates a signature of the transaction with the following details
a. Receiving address of account 1
b. Value of 2000 tokens
c. Fee of 200 tokens to the delegate who executes the transaction
A signature is generated with the above fields and signed using Metamask (0:38)
2. The signature and parameters are passed to Account 4 who has an ether balance (0:48)
Account 4 executes the transaction and after it gets confirmed, the balances would have changed in the following manner
a. 2000 tokens would move from Account 3 to Account 1
b. 200 tokens would move from Account 3 to Account 4

Note: You would require test ether in Rinkeby to perform step 2 of this demo.
