Hi! Fame here. I’m sharing my real and honest experience with the ₱20 cashback promo kapag nagpa-load ng Beep Card. Nagpa-load ako ng ₱600 (₱300 each for two cards), expecting ₱40 cashback — pero hindi naging smooth lahat.

🧾 Here’s what actually happened:
• May ₱10 convenience fee per transaction na hindi agad visible sa simula.
• So kahit may ₱20 cashback, parang ₱10 lang ang net savings.
• Ang cashback? Still pending as of today, even after 5 banking days — and the promo ended last July 15th.

I called customer service twice, but the response has been the same: still under processing. 😐

Don’t get me wrong — I’m still hopeful. I’m also sharing this so others can manage expectations and avoid surprise charges.

⚠️ Lesson learned: Always read the fine print and double-check before hitting confirm.
