Welcome to another episode of Sports Encyclopedia Series where you can learn about every single game that has ever existed on planet Earth.
Today, in our sports encyclopedia series we will talk about Aeromodelling and its rules.
Aeromodelling or aircraft competition involves participants competing with fully functional, self-designed miniature aircraft controlled by a remote.
In aeromodelling, athletes are required to finish an elaborate course as fast as they can or achieve maximum flight, at time hours, before anyone else.
The aircrafts used in aeromodelling are scaled-down versions of full-scale aircraft.
Participants are also allowed to come up with their own design as long as it obliges with all the rules and is fully functional.
Participants may also compete using aircraft that look like animals.
In the Outdoor Free Flight variant of the game, participants have no external control once they launch their airplanes.
In the Indoor Free Flight variant of the game, participants compete in an indoor environment.
While participating in Remote Control Pylon Racing, participants must race through a course with three pylons arranged to form a triangular course.
The participant that achieves the set target of a certain variant before anyone else wins the game.
