Eve Online - Anomic Team Enyo - Cheap Kestrel for burner missions

Unified Kestrel for the four Anomic Team missions.

Very cheap alternative when low on skills or isk.

Method:
Method (same for all anomic teams with kestrel, with a little variation on Jaguar, but only referring to the speed and range):
1. Turn away from dps ship.
2. Activate ab (or mwd on Jaguar fit), set 300m/s speed (or 600m/s on Jaguar fit)
3. Lock all
4. Jam one logi with one ecm and after 10 secs with the second ecm.
5. If the logi gets jammed, then it fly away. When it is 80+km then stop jamming and do it for the 2nd logi.
6. While the above process, when dps ship is at 23km (or 29km with Jaguar fit) set your speed to match his.
7. When both logis are away, kill dps ship, you can overheat for a few cycles to kill faster.

The only delay in the mission is to manage to jam both logis, and since their speed is less or equal to the dps ship, they cant get back, since the dps ship is chasing you. So once the logis are away, they cant get back.

Minimum time to kill is around 4.5 minutes, but it all depends on the rng of the jammers. If you manage to jam the logis fast then you will be done fast.
Another option is to, while you try to jam the 1st logi, you try to kill the second logi. That way, if you delay alot to jam the first, you might be able to kill the 2nd and save time.

You will also need "Long Distance Jamming" at least 3, "Electronic Warfare" 3-4, "Long Distance Jamming" at 3, "Signal Dispersion" at 3+.
The higher these skills are, the faster each run, since you will be jam the logis faster.

I recommend you practice on SiSi (test) server before trying the method on live server.
