Liz Barraza Case: Incident Report + Bonus Footage

Question: "Why was the original Incident Report video taken down?"

Answer: One of my subscribers notified me that when viewing the original video on a large screen the names, addresses and phone numbers of the Barraza’s neighbors and witnesses were visible. In this updated version I have concealed those details. Additionally, I have redacted the name on page 15 of the report not due to any legal concerns but rather because of ethical concerns.
