Jamie has been delighting audiences for nearly ten years now and his talents have lead him through performing in Musical Theatre, Plays, Cabaret and of course, Pantomime. He has also had various Television appearances talking about his work, career and love for the art of Panto. Furthermore, he has also engaged in Voice Over work and continues to be part of exciting and new projects for Theatre, Radio and interactive Comic Books.

Pantomime is Jamie’s true and greatest passion. He has been treading the boards professionally in panto land since 2015, although he was no stranger to the art-form earlier than that.

Panto continues to be the main bulk of Jamie’s work with productions taking place over Easter, Summer Seasons, Autumn and of course… Christmas time. His roles have varied over the years, playing everything from Ugly Sisters to Wicked Stepmothers, Enchantress’ and of course, Dames. He has performed in many titles, such as Cinderella, Aladdin, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Jack and the Beanstalk, Rapunzel, The Snow Queen, Alice in Wonderland and Sleeping Beauty.

The costumes, wigs, jewellery, shoes and accessories all play a huge part in his performance. With a keen eye for design, colour and detail, Jamie designs and creates many of his wonderful costumes for Pantomime, along with help from a team of people up and down the country. It can be an all year round job getting a lavish wardrobe ready for a Christmas pantomime season, especially for a Dame so elaborate and glamourous as Jamie’s. In fact, he has been compared to the likes of the late, great Danny La Rue.
