She plays on the girls soccer team as a defender and a forward.
Her brother, James Weiner, was a wide receiver, defensive back and kicker for the Saugus High football team. He graduated last year.
Saugus opens against Burroughs of Burbank at College of the Canyons in Valencia on Thursday night.
