Hello Beautiful Mighty Souls! I am super excited to be back for you today and bring you another Real Life Messy House Clean Declutter and Organize while living with the struggle of Anxiety and Depression! I know just how difficult it can be to find the motivation to clean your house when you are stuck in a depression or feeling anxious and overwhelmed by the mess. It is the worst and it causes the cycle of anxiety and depression to spiral out of control resulting in a complete disaster of a mess in our homes.
