Hello everyone. Today we are going to start a look at some of the Flemington branch of the Bel-Del railroad. Now owned by the Black River and Western, this line is not abandoned, but it is obviously out of service. There was and is hope to restore service back to Lambertville NJ, however it will take a lot of work and time. There are a couple of points of interest here including the bridge over the Delaware and Raritan canal and the spray paint railcar. Thanks for watching. 4/16/23 Just wanted to say that the OH on the rail does not stand for Ohio. It stands for open hearth.
