Natural Medication for ADHD... Here are some supplements and neuro-nutrients I give my children for ADHD. These are alternatives to prescription ADHD medications. (Update on July 15, 2021- We started using prescription ADHD medication (5mg of Focalin) after a while of doing the supplements. The prescription stimulant is longer-lasting, more consistent, and has few if any side effects. Four of my five children tried it for a while. They all ended up stopping it because they didn't like the way it made them feel. I still take it though and I let them know it is an option for them whenever they want or when they get older.
