Why I don't wear UNDERWEAR

Maybe this is shocking for some, and so it may be surprising that not wearing underwear can be very healthy and beneficial. In this video I'm sharing why I stopped wearing underwear and how it impacted my physical health, my sexuality and self-confidence.
