Full playthrough of Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair on the PC Engine CD. This was a conversion of a Sega arcade game developed by Westone. It's a very faithful port, featuring all of the arcade game's levels and a CD soundtrack.

That said, it isn't an amazing game. It quickly becomes repetitive and frustrating as, although you have a life bar, contact with some enemies means the instant loss of a life.

As this video is intended to demonstrate the game from start to finish, I have made use of save states to get through it in one piece. Use of footage from this video is absolutely fine
