Fine Dining | Sapio in Catania - Michelin star bud teaser

To celebrate my 15 years in Sicily I chose to taste Sapio, a one star Michelin star in Catania. Chose their six course tasting menu including wines.

The service here is exceptional. Puff for your bag, a person escorts you to the ladies room and closes the door after you, pulls out your chair when back, refills even your water glass automatically. Then not to mention everything served, small art pieces which took time to first to melt what I see, what I sent and then finally understand what I taste.

The restaurant itself is very simple, felt like walking into a classroom. And it suited well cause the experience itself filled the room.
