Melek is very weak because she's spent the last three days without any food and has taken only sedatives. They put her on IV at the hospital and have her talk to a psychologist.

Şeyda texts Melih and tells him that Erkut's in the pantry at the farm, that she's heard their conversation and that neither of them knows where Elif is. Reading this, Melih leaves the farm. He goes to see Melek, but when he cannot find her at home, he calls her and finds out that they're at the hospital. He goes there and offers his support. On the other hand, they continue to look for Elif. He goes to Şükran's house again and there he finds a card from a taxi company.

Şükran goes out to buy ointment for Elif, but she gets confused. She looks for Burak, but cannot find him and is caught in the rain on her way back. She catches a cold and her fever spikes.

Elif uses Şükran's sickness as an opportunity to escape, but cannot stand the idea of leaving a sick person behind, so she comes back and takes care of her.

İpek is determined to go to America, and she has already begun preparing. She gives the paintings Melih has given her to Tuğçe.

Erkut thinks it's risky to stay in the pantry any and tries to leave the farm unseen, but bumps into Kenan.
