GIG: Next Genneration W/ Kamya Gaines

On our latest episode of NextGen, Shama speaks with Kayma Gaines.

Kanya is a fifteen-year-old orange white belt at Gracie Humaita under Professor Andy Yount. She is an active competitor who one day dreams of being a black belt.

She joined jiu jitsu because she was bullied to the point of depression. She says Jiujitsu saved her life and set her on a destined path. Jiujitsu has taught her humility and given her the strength and confidence to stand up to bullies.

The future top-level black belts are the children and young adults training now. Join us as we learn more about one of the top girls of the next generation.
