Описание к видео NOTAN - Reflecting Shapes and Creating Balance // EASY Art Lesson for Kids and Adults

Notan is a Japanese word meaning "light and dark harmony." Notans are created by cutting shapes from paper, then 'reflecting' the shapes and gluing them down. In this lesson for artists of any age, we will talk about how Notans are created, and I will give tips for making your first few Notans more successful.

Supplies:
- glue stick
- scissors and/ or Exacto knife
- black and white construction paper or cardstock
- pencil and scrap paper
