This or That Basketball Edition PE activity or BRAIN BREAK!

Grab a basketball, tennis ball, or any other type of bouncy ball and get ready to improve your basketball skills with this fun activity to practice ball handling and dribbling skills. I do include several sets of right/left hand dribbling for a couple of reasons: 1. Beginners need to practice those fundamentals! 2. There are some challenging skills in this video, so I’ve tried to break them up with right/left dribbling so ALL feel successful! Enjoy this activity!
