📝 Ingredients

Vietnamese Coffee
▢ 1/2 cup Vietnamese coffee (or 2 shots of espresso)
▢ 2 tablespoons condensed milk
▢ 1/4 cup of preferred milk choice
▢ Ice

Ube Cold Foam
▢ 2 tablespoons heavy cream
▢ 2 tablespoons coconut milk or milk of choice
▢ 1/2 teaspoon sugar
▢ 1/8 teaspoon ube extract

☕️ Instructions

1. Make the iced coffee: In a serving glass, add Vietnamese coffee, condensed milk, and milk. If you prefer your coffee more creamy, add another ¼ cup of milk. Mix until combined. Optionally add ice to chill (will reduce coffee strength).

2. Make ube cold foam: In a measuring cup with a spout, add the heavy cream, coconut milk, and ube extract. Froth the ube cold foam, with a handheld milk frother until it reaches a softly whipped consistency.

3. Serve: Pour the ube cold foam over the iced coffee, mix, and enjoy!
