How to change one word in the whole document that's what I'm going to show you in this video so if you're interested and even watching so the Microsoft Word document has a feature with the help of which you don't have to find a word which want to replaced in the complete document they actually have a feature of Find and Replace which you can use to change a single word in the whole document so the method to do that is that you need to press the ctrl F and once you will do that you will have this search pane here you can write the word which you want to find out and change so I will write the word video so here as you can see that there are a preserves which means that the video world is being used in this document eight times now let's suppose I want to replace the world video with the photo so what I can do that I can just click this one the arrow down option and then I will select the replace and here I will get the option of fine replace and go to so I have already found out the word video how many times it has been used and then I will click it a place tab and I will type photo and I will click on replace all so as you can see that all done and the messages that we have made eight replacements so let me search the word video again as you can see that there are no matches and if I search the word photo here you can see that the eight results are there which means that in the whole document the word video has been replaced with the word photo just by one action so that's how you can change a one word in the old Microsoft Word document by using the find and replace feature in this channel we are trying to demystify the complexities of digital world by making the simple tactic oils like this one so if you are interested then consider subscribing and don't forget to like and share this video
