This Might Be My Favorite Small DAWLESS Setup

The Digitakt II has 16 stereo tracks, that's way more than I need to make something really great. I am always on the search for the perfect combination of gear, and this session shows off one of those perfect combos. Today we are going to make a track using breakbeats, vocal chops, and chord stabs. We will also take a look at Hyper FX beta 3 for the Octatrack Mk1/Mk2. Glitch effects + drum and bass = bliss.

I have spent countless hours trying to figure out the perfect workflow.. does it even exist? Today we are going to discuss workflow, technique for sampling, effects processing, and trying to stick to our intuition. On the table we have a Digitakt II, M8 Tracker, Synthstrom Deluge, Melbourne Delia, and the Headrush Core for vocals and guitar.
