How to Overcome Perfectionism (and the fear of failure to have personal growth)

There is no room for mistakes. There is no room for growth. Everything must be perfect the first time or you will crumble. Perfectionism has the power to paralyze you and make you give up before you even begin.

Often people think imperfection is synonymous with failure. Ironically it is actually perfectionism that holds you back from living up to your full potential.

In this week’s Youtube video I talk about how to shift your view on perfectionism and embrace imperfection as part of the path to success. We can only have personal growth when we accept the fear of failure and work on overcoming perfectionism.
