Hazrat Sultan Bahu Complete Life History |Sultan Bahu Documentary | Sultan ul Arifeen|


Sultan Bahu, born on January 17, 1630, in Shorkot, Jhang, Pakistan, was a Punjabi Sufi mystic, poet, scholar and historian who was active during the reigns of Mughal emperors Shah Jahan and Aurangzeb ¹. He was a contemporary of the Mughal emperors Shah Jehan and Aurangzeb ². He was a follower of Abdul Qadir Jilani's Qadiriyya tradition and initiated an offshoot of his own which he named Sarwari Qadiri ³. Sultan Bahu passed away on March 1, 1691, at the age of 61 ¹.
