Meteor Storm is Artes that combined Burning Strike and Divine Saber. But you can directly use it without combining the two artes. In other to unlock it, you need :
-Burning Strike Artes (Unlocked via Quest Seaside Tornadoes)
-Light Proficiency 5000
-Wind Proficiency 5000
-Water Proficiency 5000
-Use Burning Strike or Divine Saber when all Proficiency conditions is cleared
