Bathory - A Fine Day To Die - Guitar Cover

I am Erymanthon Seth, I am an Italian musician and I play guitars, bass, some mandolin and keyboards and do some singing, both death vocals and clean singing.
I am the man behind Apocalypse, an Epic/Black Metal solo project heavily influenced by Bathory, which basically is my way to pay tribute and continue what Quorthon had started.

3 June, 2004. The world of Metal music has to face one of the most terrible tragedies of its history: the passing of Quorthon, the mastermind behind the Death/Black and Epic Metal band Bathory, dead only at age 38 because of an heart attack.
His genius and creativity will never be replaced by anybody... that's simply impossible. That's the reason why his passing was so sad and tragic. But that's also the reason why, even if he is no longer with us, he still lives within his everlasting music and legacy, made of the thousands of bands and artists that he inspired, including myself.
14 years after his passing, this cover is my tribute to him. A Fine Day To Die is one of my absolute favourite Bathory songs of all time... Powerful, Epic and Melancholic... that's Bathory at its best! And, by the way, this year the masterpiece album Blood Fire Death is 30 years old, so that's a way to celebrate that too.
RIP Quorthon. You will never be forgotten! \m/

As usual, I learned the song by ear, so it might not be 100% accurate. There are some mistakes here and there but hey, I'm a human, not a robot :). Hopefully you'll enjoy it anyway.
