Clam Curry With Drumsticks

18-20 Kubbe

Ingredients for Green Masala
8 peppercorns
4 cloves
1/2” cinnamon stick
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 cumin seeds
Tamarind (walnut size)
3-4 garlic cloves
1” ginger piece
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup fresh coconut
3 green chillies
Water as required

Other ingredients
1 tsp mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
2 drumsticks (cut into 3” pieces)
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 small tomato
1 2/3 cup water
1/2 thick coconut milk
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
1 tbsp coconut oil
