nCino’s six employee resource groups (ERGs) are organic and employee-led, with a focus on building connection and belonging among employees while providing resources to the broader nCino community. Their core purposes are recruiting diverse talent, professional and leadership development, mentoring, and community outreach. Each ERG includes executive sponsorship and a connection to the Diversity and Inclusion Council.

The VetNet's mission is to create a welcoming and uplifting community that empowers, enriches and advances nCino’s military-affiliated employees and their allies. Although the programming is tailored to the needs of military-affiliated employees—including veterans, military reservists, and family members of active-duty military, veterans, and reservists—membership is open to all nCino employees. The VetNet focuses on engaging, physical activities that promote connection and teamwork.

The Veterans Network collaborates closely with The Honor Foundation, a nationwide nonprofit dedicated to helping to transition special operations forces prepare for post-service careers. nCino employees support this initiative by participating in mock interviews and coaching sessions, guiding participants through the job interviewing process. Additionally, a grant from nCino helps provide career assessments for program participants, actively supporting veterans as they adjust to civilian life outside of the military
