The Roto Grip Halo for me is the strongest ball in my bag. It really reminds me of my favorite asymmetrical ball the Roto Grip Hyper Cell. But stronger for today’s lane conditions. This review was filmed on a Typical House Shot (THS). The Halo is to much ball on the house pattern for myself personally. It forces me to far left and my carry suffers because my angles are so wide. Even though it still runs over the 8 pin a couple shots. By far my favorite asymmetrical since the Hyper Cell! Job well done to the R&D team at Roto Grip!

I compared the Halo to the Idol. The Idol is a little earlier and smoother overall. In the review I had to move 3 right with my feet and shut my angles down for it to recover well enough to strike. I absolutely love the Idol as most do. But it is to strong for the house pattern for myself. They both compliment each other very well, must haves in the bag for any tournament bowler!
