500gms Chicken (Thigh Pcs) 🍗
Salt 🧂

3 Tbsp Beaten Curd
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Pd 🌶️
1.5 Tbsp Coriander Pd 🌿
1 Tsp Garam Masala Pd
1 Lemon Juice 🍋
1 Tbsp GG Paste 🫚 🧄

For Cheese Sauce
1 Egg White Boiled 🥚
2-3 Tbsp Fresh Cream
2-3 Cheese Cube 🧀
3 Tbsp Milk 🥛
Salt 🧂
1/4 Tsp Sugar
1/4 Tsp Garlic Crush or Paste 🧄
Pinch Black Pepper Pd

• Marinate Chicken 🍗 With Marination Ingredients and Keep for Minimum 1/2 Hour Max Overnight

• Grill on Grill Pan or Tawa

• Blend Smooth Cheese Sauce 🧀 Ingredients in a Blender

• Flip the Chicken 🍗 to Cook from Other Side as Well

• When Chicken 🍗 is Cooked from Both the Sides Spread Cheese 🧀 Sauce over it Generously

• Cook for 2-3 Mins and Garnish with Coriander 🌿 and Lemon 🍋 Slice
