How to fill out Form 1065 for the 2022 tax year. We have a simple example for an LLC taxed as a partnership that operates a landscaping and lawncare business. This is a two-partner LLC where both partners actively participate in running the business. The business claims 100% bonus depreciation on its fixed asset purchases during the year, and it also claims the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (Form 5884) & the Federal Fuel Tax Credit (Form 4136).
