This is an original composition by Hitesh & is about a girl trying to push her lover to affirm his feelings for her. While both of them love each other, they have very different styles of acknowledging the same. Alisha Batth's Punjabi leanings blend seamlessly with Vijay Prakash's strong Caranatic vocals to give this song a truly unique feel.

Hitesh believes that the lovers are basically two sides of the same coin. While their approaches maybe different, their core emotions are the same. Musically, since this song is about love & intimacy, Hitesh has maintained a romantic, mellow rhythm & kept it very subtle.

Meaning:

 

It's so hard to find true friendship and true love in this world. The poet
searched everywhere for her one true love, and yet he eludes her. Nobody
values genuine feelings anymore, as their minds and hearts are closed. The
Poet is tired of explaining her emotions, and says it's a big responsibility to
spread the message of peace and love. For all the pain she's been through, she
only asks to be healed, with a few words of love.

 

The Poet further explains, that bonds of love can't be established in a half-
hearted manner and they must also be strongly protected from the ways of the
world...or else, it is best not to fall in love at all. For, True Love takes a lot of
perseverance, and so she has...So all she asks in return is to be healed with just
a little bit of love.
