PAYE successfully completed the first skate of a retained façade in London.
The brick building was one of only two that remained on the Kings Road.
As condition of the planning for the development it had to be moved rather than re-built to provide an increase in floor space.
PAYE were responsible for the design engineering and detachment of the 23 tonne facade from the structure moving it 3 metres over 5 hours into its new position.
