This event was organised by KISA a NGO, established in 1998, and its vision is the promotion of an all-inclusive, multicultural society, free of racism, xenophobia and discrimination and where, through the interaction and mutual respect of diverse cultures, there will be equality and respect for the rights of all individuals. https://kisa.org.cy/

It gathered 10 different communities/countries to promote sustainable cooking. All ingredients were all locally produced.

The Filipino community in Cyprus through the leadership of the Federation of Filipino Organizations in Cyprus (FFOC) is proud to share our national dish Adobo served with white rice.
