Cheoah River Kayaking PFD

This was a PFD for the both of us. I remember when Cody told me about this river a few years ago. We were apprehensive about even rafting the thing in ‘23, but we did. I remember thinking that it would be years before I’d be ready for Cheoah, yet before I knew it, I was at the put in with my Ripper2 and some mild anxiety. Cody had the Scorch on his shoulder. We hit the river with some of our favorite people. A few had been down Cheoah before, so we had a solid crew with good beta. It was a HOT day, so there was an urge to get on the water and cool down.
