Machine knitting the Loop Stitch on an LK150

Loop stitch creates a thick texture like shag carpets. You can make the loop bigger or smaller, or change the location of the loops to change the density of the final fabric. The loop or double loop stitch can add some dramatic statement to your sweater, scarf, or pillowcase. You can add just one row near the edge for the fringe trim effect.
