Juicy Jangiri is a famous Diwali sweet! Jangiri and Jelebi are completely different. Jalebi is made with All purpose flour and its need to be fermented for about 8 hours. you can even ferment it quickly by using yeast. jangri you can make quickly and it is not difficult as it looks. its made of Urad dal and it will be soft even after few days of cooking. Jalebi and Jangri both are fired in oil and dunked in sugar syrup. if will be fun if you're new to making jangri, the shape will be absolutely fun try making continuously you will learn the perfect shape eventually. please do try this recipe and share you comments below
