No tools needed for a 1995 YJ.
INSTALL STEPS.
1- Pull cover over upright portion of seat.
2- Push buckles through seat.
3- Attach upper and lower buckles. Uppers are under back of cover.
4- Put lower cover on lower seat. You will need to switch lowers if you want the side pocket on the door side of seat.
5- Slide buckles and bungee hoops between seat and slider rail. If there is not enough room unbolt one of the seat bolts.
6- Attach sideways buckles and front to rear buckles.
7- Use S clips to attach bungee hoops under seat. We made a tic tac toe board pattern. Front to rear, and side to side. It’s tight so be careful not to break the bungee.
8- Snug up all buckles and adjust as needed.

Pros:
Looks good.
Lots of pockets.
No tools needed.
Pretty easy to install.
Fits good.

Cons:
Bungee hoops attachment weak.
No instructions.
Fabric is thin.
Labeling is not clear.
