It took me ages to figure out a way to save a multitimbral instrument as a patch with complete- and individual control of solo, volume etc.
I have found a way around Logic's bugs and now present it to you.

Because of this technique I can have sets of tracks / channels stored as a patch an easily recalled. It becomes a very useful alternative to having massive templates using VSL Vienna Ensemble Pro or maxing out your computers RAM.
